Ensuring compliance with food requirements and internal communication of relevant QS topics and preventive measures, e.g. by participating in internal working groups Creation and maintenance of information letter on food law and quality related topics in German and English Processing of customer complaints Assessment of notifications from the European Rapid Warning System RASFF and derivation and communication of necessary measures Implementation of administrative QS activities, including procurement of bio-import documents, master data maintenance and testing and approval of QS documents
Complete study of ecotrophology, food sciences or comparable training in a food company First professional experience in quality assurance, ideal in the food environment Good knowledge of food law, quality standards and analytical understanding Very structured, careful and independent working with high quality awareness Organisational and coordination strength and communication skills Teamability and flexibility in changing tasks Very good knowledge of German and English in word and writing (at least B2 level)
