As a Process Excellence team, we advise financial service providers in the analysis, design and implementation of optimization options in processes.

You take the Digital Process Automation using platforms, workflows and RPA. You analyze and model processes for identifying vulnerabilities and improvement potentials. The use of modern tools, e.g. for process mining, automation and digitization of the processes simplifies your work. In addition, you are responsible for raising cost savings as well as for accelerating throughput times or quality improvement in both front office and back office processes. You develop creative and innovative solutions, for example by incorporating modern fintech and robotics solutions into the product processes of our customers. You build and develop process management (building KPIs, governance) for efficient and sustainable management of business processes. You design automated processes and accompany their implementation in IT. You are a contact person for clients and clients and are actively involved in the further development of our services (business development) internally and on-the-job.

(Senior) Manager (w/m/d) Process Automation & Optimization - Financial Services will help you with a very well completed study of economic, human or natural sciences (Bachelor or Master). You bring 5-7 years of professional experience in process consulting, process management, process modeling, process optimization or digitalization strategies. You have very good knowledge of common MS Office applications and, if necessary, process modeling tools. We require knowledge of German and English, and further knowledge of foreign languages is advantageous for your work. Professional appearance, high readiness for learning and performance as well as team and service orientation characterize you. You bring analytical skills, a good understanding and the ability to present complex facts briefly and concisely. Travel readiness completes your qualifications.
