Analysis creation, cooperation in projects and further development of standards and logistic setups Coordination of the end-to-end goods flow including technical responsibility for interfaces Technical control of the E2E material planner (Krakau) and implementation of internal training Result and cost-oriented control of the responsibility area incl. Cost optimization measures Maintaining and ensuring correct material master files as well as clarification of invoice differences and fee management Planning, control and control of stocks, flows of goods and logistical parameters Implementation of inventory analyses, inventory and optimization of warehouse and goods flow processes Ensuring compliance with storage, MHD and delivery rules Central coordination and contact function for HL, customers, suppliers, HSC and Control Tower Construction and maintenance of supplier relationships and cooperation in process, cost and supply chain optimization Tracking & Tracing, Commodity Blocking and Retrieval Professional exchange with procurement units of other HAVI markets

Commercial training or business studies with focus on logistics / SCM Very good communication capability and structured, solution-oriented operation Experience in supply chain environment and high IT affinity Very good MS Office identifiers (in particular Excel, PowerPoint) Very good German knowledge Good knowledge of English Knowledge of goods management systems of advantage
