You are the first point of contact on the phone when it comes to repair reports from our rehabilitation aid.

You record customer and rehabilitate data and make sure everything fits correctly.

You are going to make mistakes – if necessary with support from manufacturer's documents.

You create clean and complete repair jobs that contain all important information.

You clarify the scope of services with our customers and give the corresponding commitment.

You keep close contact with our colleagues in the technical field service and make it a smooth process.

You have a completed commercial training.

You're sure to go with the PC and work routined with digital applications.

You have very good knowledge of German in word and writing.

You have experience in telephony or simply enjoying contact with people..

You work hard, reliable and with high quality standards.

You also keep an overview and organize yourself with many details.

You are a team player and convince by your open and clear communication.
