Are you passionate about supply chain topics and performance management in logistics, do you want to accompany projects on process harmonisation or new planning tools in the international environment and help reduce CO2 emissions in the supply chain? Then start your career with the Bosch Home Comfort Group! Together, we create a varied trainee program where you will get to know different teams at our locations in 18-24 months. You acquire company-specific know-how and receive responsible projects. You dive into the multi-layered modules of the supply chain – e.g. by opting for logistics flows with data-based decision-making processes, developing our global S&OP planning process, supporting inventory management worldwide or accompanying the S/4 HANA roll-out in logistics. With your passion for supply chain transformation, you shape smart logistics processes of tomorrow and thereby contribute significantly to the success of green technologies in heating and climate technology. You can run 4-6 stations in various areas in Germany and abroad, which are individually adapted to you. From the start, you will be intensively involved in specialist and project tasks and get detailed insight into the operational business. You are burning for international projects in the field of logistics and enjoying the optimization of processes and planning standards. You're always looking for new ways to take others and convince them. With your view for the big whole, you identify problems and implement suitable solutions. For a successful start as a trainee, you also bring the following: Education: completed Master's or Diploma in Economic Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Business Informatics or Similar Experiences and know-how: knowledge in the field of supply chain through sophisticated industrial practices Personality and Working: You are committed and motivated for new topics and challenges and are interested in IT tools and process design; a safe occurrence in the international environment, self-employment, flexibility and analytical thinking skills complete your profile Working day: Station operations primarily in the Stuttgart area and Mittelhessen area, complemented by a foreign station. Languages: very good German and English
