You play a central role in the further expansion of our CRM landscape and design processes, integration and system architecture with high self-responsibility, large design space and direct influence on the digital development of the group of companies.

Operation, administration and further development of the SAP C4C CRM system in close cooperation with the departments Analysis, design and implementation of sales, service and marketing requirements Development and configuration of intersections Customizing and Configuration within SAP C4C Control of external service providers and implementation partners Error analysis, incident and problem management in the CRM environment Planning and implementation of releases, updates and tests Ensuring and monitoring system availability and data quality Technical documentation and user training Cooperation in integration projects with SAP S/4HANA and other systems

Included studies in computer science and/or informatics or comparable qualifications Multiannual experience in application management or as a key user in the CRM environment Finding knowledge of SAP C4C / SAP Sales Cloud desirable Experience in customizing and in CRM processes (lead-to-cash, service processes) Knowledge of integration technologies (e.g. web services, APIs, middleware) required Structured and analytical working methods Communication strength and ability to work with specialist departments Good knowledge of English
