We accompany high-capacity private customers: women, entrepreneurial families and foundations in asset planning, succession design and execution of the will. You will get exciting insights into a challenging field of activity at the interface of law, taxes, banking and foundation management. We are particularly looking forward to Referendar:whose who want to exercise their electoral station with us for 20 hours a week – because this allows you to deepen your knowledge more specifically and apply it in practice. During your electoral station, you support our team in diverse legal issues. Here you take in particular: Support for the establishment and administration of foundations. The participation in the executions of the will. Preparation and participation in structured asset and succession planning discussions with clients. Support in the development and implementation of succession strategies. Coordination of the involvement of external partners:inside (e.g. tax advisors:inside, lawyers:inside, notary:inside).

A completed first state exam in law. First knowledge of inheritance, tax or company law. A sovereign and safe occurrence in communication and negotiation. Own initiative, sense of responsibility and team capacity. Interest in in interdisciplinary cooperation at the interface of law, taxes and finance. First practical experience in generations - or foundation management
