(Senior) Controller - Shareholdings & BI (m/f/d)

Responsibility for the establishment, development and operational management of international subsidiaries, taking into account compliance requirements Control of international reporting and preparation and analysis of meaningful financial reports Implementation of target-actual comparisons, detection analyses and derivation of suitable control and optimization measures Monitoring of key financial indicators (including DSO and MOS) including the assessment of currency influences Participation in budget planning, forecasts and medium-term financial planning at equity level Consolidation, validation and assurance of the quality of financial data from international companies Further development of reporting and analysis equipment (especially Power BI) and close cooperation with international finance teams and adjacent departments for optimising data and reporting processes

Successfully completed studies of Business Administration, Economics or a comparable qualification with a focus on controlling, finance or data analytics Multiannual professional experience in participation or group controlling, ideally in a senior function Knowledge of databases and SQL as well as experience in data processing and analysis Very good knowledge of Power BI, especially in the development of dashboards and data models Secure handling of ERP systems (e.g. Microsoft Dynamics AX) and very good Excel skills Very good knowledge of German and English as well as communication strength in the international environment Imprinted analytical skills, high numerical affinity and a structured, self-responsible way of working Team-oriented personality with high solution orientation and willingness to occasional international missions
