Building technician - Property management / Building technology (m/f/d)

You are the first contact person for our tenants and consider as a good soul of the house for the perfect condition of the objects you care for. You take the regular control of the building equipment, carry out individual repairs and coordinate external service providers if necessary. With your green thumb, you take care of the garden and green areas and take care of the clearing and scattering services reliably in winter. You are responsible for cleanliness and order in the indoor and outdoor areas, making it a well-maintained appearance and satisfied residents. As part of the standby service, you will also ensure the care of the objects outside the regular working hours.

You have a completed craft training and ideally bring first experience as a master or in technical service. You convince with craftsmanship, technical understanding and a green thumb – an education in the GaLa building is a plus, but not a must. Your work is independent, reliable and responsible, and at the same time you are a flexible team player. You have a class B license, ideally C. You speak good German to vote with colleagues and service providers.
