In cooperation with the regional management, you are responsible for the performance of a region in the Bavaria-Nord region with up to 5,300 units You control the on-site customer service with commercial and technical tasks of housing management and rental You lead and develop your own team consisting of a total of 23 operators:inside, landlords:inside, technicians:inside You work with your team and regional executives to continuously optimize results in accordance with the corporate strategy and the related processes You ensure the quality of investment proposals and implement the object-related rental strategy taking into account the defined object strategy You develop marketing measures and connect with competitors:inside, local associations and politics

You have a degree or a commercial/technical training with immobility training You have already gained experience in controlling external/customer service organisations You have extensive knowledge of the operational management of housing stocks, both commercial and technical In the past, you have proven that you can motivate and lead larger teams responsibly A systematic operation and efficient organization are of course for you You are resilient and convince by your negotiation skills, situation-related communication and your sovereign appearance You have already worked with SAP and the programs of the Microsoft Office package A Class B driving licence completes your profile
