Senior Consultant (m/w/d)

in full time (40h/week) at our location in the Technologiepark Karlsruhe. Your tasks:

You are a staff manager:in a group of around 200 employees and executives from several departments of the company You advise employees and executives of JACOB on all labour law issues that can arise during an employee lifecycle You provide our employees with information and documents entitled ''HR as a Service'' You work with our HR platform Personio when it comes to onboarding, time recording, master data and document care and recruiting You'll start reports as part of the personal control You fill open positions in your circle of care by passive recruiting You participate in best practices with the team and have current developments concerning the staff sector in mind

You have completed a degree, e.g. personal management, BWL with a focus on personnel or business psychology, or a vocational training in the commercial sector with additional qualifications for the personnel sector You bring 2-3 years of professional experience in personal care/personal care for a group of over 50 employees You have application-proof knowledge in labour law and are able to develop and present on the basis of these recommendations and basis of decisions. You go to work independently, structured and analytically You place great emphasis on care, sense of responsibility and reliability and live these values in everyday work You are committed:r Teamplayer:in and will gladly bring you with your own ideas You have worked routinely in dealing with the MS Office package, with hybrid collaboration via MS Teams and Co. and ideally already with Personio or a comparable system You have knowledge of German in word and writing and good English skills
