Senior Consultant (m/w/d)

First contact for national and international customers in all issues of troubleshooting Classification of customer requests via telephone, email and web portal Careful documentation of the processes in our ticket system Self-employed initial analysis of customer enquiries and clarification of customers about progress Collection of important information on problem solving and sharing with colleagues from 2nd or 3rd level support Documentation on the independent problem solution by the customer

Complete training and interest in work in the IT environment Ideally professional experience in IT customer support as well as in support of software users, for example in MES, ERP or CRM solutions Communication strength, willingness to learn and team skills Service-oriented and competent customer support IT knowledge in handling applications and MS Office programs Secure communication in German and English
