HAVING IT service tickets and coordination via the existing ticket system Installation, configuration and staging of client devices according to standard specifications Installation and management of machines in Active Directory incl. Password assignment Maintenance of asset lists and registration of devices in customer databases Output, retrieval, cabling and dismantling of client devices at work
KENNTNISSE At least 3 years of professional experience in IT technology environment, with knowledge in 1st/2nd level support, Windows 10/11, Office 365 and Active Directory Experience in the installation, configuration and deployment of operating systems as well as in the up and down of workplace equipment Safe handling of ticket and asset management systems Embossed customer orientation, communication capability and safe occurrence in handling of users Structured, reliable and team-ready operation as well as readiness and conditions for security checks
