Communications Manager (m/f/d)

Development and implementation of communication strategies that transport company targets and values inward and outward. Accompanying transformation processes from a communicative perspective to actively involve employees:inside and stakeholders through targeted change communication. Creation and implementation of communication plans for internal and external actions. Conception, organisation and moderation of internal platforms, e.g. Townhalls, including the management of interviews with executives and employees to promote open and transparent communication. Responsibility for internal communication, including the care of the intranet and regular updates to all internal stakeholders. Creation and management of social media content in the area of personal marketing to strengthen the employer brand and address potential talents. Processing press and public requests to professionally represent the company to the outside. Representation of the company as a press spokesperson and care for media contacts. Close cooperation and coordination with external service providers such as texters and media agencies. Care and further development of the existing network of cooperation partners to promote long-term relationships. Management or cooperation in projects related to public relations.

Complete studies in communication management, corporate communication or a comparable field. Multiannual professional experience in corporate communication, ideally focusing on internal communication, personal marketing and stakeholder management. Experience in the planning and implementation of internal communication measures and events, including moderation and interview management. Understanding the requirements of stringent communication with different stakeholders. Competences in coordination and cooperation with external service providers and in network care. Confidence with change management and corresponding communication strategies. Excellent communication skills, text security and creativity. Open and empathic appearance as well as team skills.
