The Department of Finance, Personnel & Organisation (FPO) at RWTH Aachen University's IT Center is looking for reinforcement in the organizational support group at the earliest possible time. The RWTH is certified as a family-friendly university. RWTH offers a variety of health, counselling and prevention services (e.g. university sports) as part of a university health management. The Finance, Personal & Organisation (FPO) department acts as an internal service provider for all administrative matters within the IT Center. The Organisation Support Group provides support in various organizational areas, in particular in the area of the IT Center's management. We are looking for a dedicated management assistant who supports the director and managing director of the IT Center with the following tasks: Coordination and tracking of appointments Ensuring accessibility by telephone Processing of correspondence as well as its proper placement Coordination of e-mail correspondence Planning and settlement of missions In addition, the Director of the IT Center is the holder of the Chair of Computer Science 12 (high performance Calculation). In this context, you will take over the following activities in the field of teaching: Support for the preparation and follow-up of courses Capture the applications for exams and the incorporation of the exam notes into the specific application software Correspondence with students Management of registrations for completion work

You have a successfully completed commercial training or a comparable degree and also bring the following: Ideally experience as management assistance or in similar positions Very good MS Office knowledge Very good German knowledge and good English knowledge in word and writing Interest in new topics and willingness to continue Embossed organisational skills, communication skills and responsibility Professional appearance, absolute reliability, loyalty and discretion Self-employed

Supplier: IT Center The employment is in the employment relationship. The place shall be occupied at the next possible time and shall be limited to 2 years. The deadline is governed by § 14 para. 1 Part-time and temporary legislation (TzBfG). It is a full-time job. The grouping depends on the TV-L. The place is rated with up to EG 6, depending on the personal qualification. The job description is aimed at all sexes.
