Designs Strategy & Effect: Development and implementation of an evidence-based policy and access strategy along the entire patient pathway - from prevention and early detection through diagnostics and therapy to aftercare. Integrated communication: development and orchestration of integrated communication strategies in the field of oncology & hematology. Stakeholder Management: Building and maintaining resilient relationships among other things to specialist companies, patient representatives, health partners and forming alliances for joint supply initiatives. Patient Partnership: Responsibility for partnership with Patient Advocacy Groups, Patient Advocates and the patient community in order to integrate the patient perspective into decision-making processes at an early and systematic level; Co-Creation of projects and materials. Agenda-Setting & Advocacy: Positioning AZ‐political and scientific views in decision-making processes; drawing up position papers, opinions and briefings; active participation in roundtables and specialist bodies. Program and project management: Conception, coordination and implementation of initiatives, including schedule, budget management, KPI definition and evaluation. Policy Intelligence: Continuous monitoring of legislation; Dissipation of opportunities/risks and concrete recommendations for oncology and hematology portfolios. Cross-functional cooperation: Close cooperation with Medical, Pricing & Market Access, Diagnostics and Marketing; Head of campaign-specific sub-teams and active cooperation in therapy area-specific, international policy programs. Compliance & Ethics: Transparent, compliant representation of interests according to HWG as well as AZ values and Code of Conduct.
