HR Business Partner (m/f/d)

Our People & Culture team is responsible for around 4,000 employees at our Germany-wide warehouse locations and in our central functions. As a Sparring partner, you are helping executives to make informed (strategic) personnel decisions and at the same time sensitize them for labour law issues. At the same time, you advise the locations by being close to them and using relevant KPIs. You are responsible for your field of care, take a responsible role in our team and contribute to its further development. You work closely and at eye level transparently with our other HR teams such as recruiting and learning & development, the central shared service center as well as our location staff to ensure smooth and efficient HR processes. You also tax and coordinate national and international HR projects and ensure their implementation within our society.

A completed study in BWL, law, psychology or a comparable discipline forms your basis. In addition, you have already gained some years of professional experience in personal care, HR management or HR Business Partner. Due to our global interfaces, it is important to us that you also bring a reliable level of English in addition to fluent German knowledge. It is also important to us that you can demonstrate well-founded knowledge about labour law, structure and solution-oriented tasks and see processes not as a hurdle but as help.
