Designing the future: With the Mobility 2040 Future Plan, the strategic orientation of urban mobility will shape for the coming decades. Large-scale projects: control of ground-breaking infrastructure measures in implementation and preparation – including the new building of the Gänstorbrücke, the conversion of the Wallstrasse Bridge and the construction of the Blaubeurer-Tor tunnel. Landesgartenschau 2030: Coordination of the accompanying infrastructure and green area measures for a central urban development project of the coming years. Innovative project management: application of modern management methods, such as the partnering process used for the first time in municipal space in large projects. Payment is made until grade B2.
