Full-time Team Lead Quality Management & Product Testing (m/f/d)

You are the first respondent for the teams and you are responsible for the operational management of the daily business and internal communication You take on the further development and control of quality and safety processes based on customer requirements You plan, coordinate and monitor quality checks with internal departments, suppliers and external testing institutes and laboratories You evaluate products, test reports and requirements incl. Risk analyses taking into account legal requirements You ensure compliance with quality standards along the entire supply chain and control the implementation of improvement measures You report directly to our Chief Operations Officer

You have a completed commercial training, a study or a comparable qualification You bring well-founded experience in product testing and quality assurance and work structured and analytically You think solution-oriented, convince by empathy and actively develop quality management and product testing You have leadership qualities and are happy to lead, motivate and develop employees You are characterized by pronounced communication strength, high social competence and enforcement You work independently, organize and engage and meet sound decisions You are IT-affin, work quickly into new systems and communicate confidently in German and English
