The city of Celle is currently a 13 day nursery institution that provides facilities distributed throughout the city. Here, children in all ages - from crib to schooling - are supervised in different group structures and with different educational concepts, including several integration groups. With us, the protection order is being raised, which has a value-adding participation education and culture as a basis. In this context, each urban nursery institution develops its educational concept independently and implements it.

Senior Consultant (m/w)

Your main tasks are:

• Healing pedagogical accompaniment of children aged three years to school entry in an integration group
• Individual and holistic support and promotion of children on the basis of their resources, needs and interests with the aim of equal participation
• Designing trusted relationships and education processes and projects
• Observation, documentation and reflection of educational and development processes
• Technical advice and support of the Kita team
• Active participation in the implementation of the concept of the integration group and the pedagogical development of the institution
• Advising and accompanying families in different situations of life
• Interdisciplinary cooperation with therapeutic and medical staff, advisory bodies and authorities

The formal prerequisite for a successful application is a completed training or a completed study for

• State-approved healer education caregiver (d/m/w)/healer (d/m/w) or
• State-approved health education (d/m/w)

The ability to communicate in German at the language level B 2 (GER) is assumed. The required level of language is recognised for persons with a German-speaking school degree/an German-speaking university qualification or a German-speaking training degree/graduate degree. In the case of a foreign degree, a German language diploma or German certificate required as proof.

We offer you:

• Generally permanent full-time and part-time jobs of 24 to 39 hours per week in a modern city administration. Part-time work is done on condition that afternoon and evening services can be covered.
• Collective payment according to the S 8b TVöD for health caregivers (d/m/w) and health caregivers (d/m/w), which varies between 3.579 Euro and 5.191 Euro gross monthly according to individual experience at the start of employment and according to the S 9 TVÖD for health education (d/m/w), which varies between 3.649 Euros depending on individual experience at the start of employment.
