Professional and disciplinary leadership of employees in the service with direct reporting to the branch management On-site contact persons for all aspects of the driving personnel (except dispositive matters) Leading employee talks (return and short-term talks, operational integration management, employee dialogue) Employee development, responsible for education, further education and training, ensuring training according to BKFQG Ensuring the proper operation after BOKraft and carrying out operational checks (control of driving licences and driver accounts in Perdis, participation in accompanying journeys and fare bills) Close coordination and common target tracking with the MRP, workshop and other interfaces

Your profile:

Successfully completed vocational training and several years of professional experience in a transport operation and ideally leadership experience Funded knowledge Safe handling of standard software (MS Office), ideally you have industry-specific software skills such as PERDIS, ZAARC, MOBILEvario You can organize and guide employees, perform convincingly, are conflictable and show intercultural understanding also in change situations driving licence class B required; D, DE desirable
