Calculator for SMEs (m/f/d)

For our clients, a family-run medium-sized company with around 70 employees, we are looking for a calibrator (m/w/d) for the field of construction, civil engineering and complete buildings at the next possible time. Our client stands for short decision-making, ground-based corporate culture and close cooperation between costing, construction management and management.

Our client is not about anonymous large group structures. Decisions are made in short ways, projects are discussed together and responsibility is taken over where the relevant expertise is based.

In this position you take over the technical and commercial calculation of different construction projects and accompany them in an early project phase.

Examination and evaluation of tender documents and performance directories Creation of supply calculations in civil engineering, civil engineering and complete buildings and the determination of quantities, costs and required services Collection and evaluation of offers from suppliers and subcontractors Participation in technical and economic solutions

Successfully completed technical or commercial vocational training Professional experience in costing, work preparation, construction management or a comparable area Technical understanding and a good sense of cost and economic relations Experience in construction is advantageous Communication strength and a binding occurrence
