Project Manager (m/f/d)

Project management & regulations: You conduct themselves primarily “APOP Component Projects” according to Stabilus systems and automobile-specific rules, for example IATF 16949. Control the projects from planning to completion Cross-departmental coordination: You coordinate cooperation between the participating departments and, if necessary, take over the global coordination. You will ensure a clear flow of information and a coordinated implementation of the project activities Support & Collaboration: You support key account, O-representation and application development (AE) in project-related tasks and work closely with the respective contact persons Quality pre-planning & series preparation: You control the quality planning (APOP) as well as the series preparation and take over the project-related customer correspondence. In doing so, coordinate the necessary activities with the relevant departments and customers Technical & logistical requirements: You agree on technical and logistical requirements with customers and internal interfaces. In doing so, you create a common understanding and ensure their consideration in the project Date & milestone management: You follow dates, milestones and activities until the project is completed. You will recognize the need for action early and coordinate the necessary measures to comply with project planning Economy & Investment: You check the cost-effectiveness of the projects and ensure cost-conscious project processing. In addition, you will prepare necessary investment applications (Capex) and accompany their vote Risk management & target achievement: You operate an active risk management and evaluate in particular delays and deviations from project objectives. Take appropriate countermeasures and follow their implementation together with those responsible Customer relations & trust: You strengthen long-term customer relationships through competent care and reliable cooperation. In doing so, you build trusted contacts to contact persons and decision-makers on the customer side and continuously develop them

Successfully completed studies of engineering, industrial engineering or a comparable subject, for example BWL Long-term professional experience in a comparable position in the automotive industry and experience in project management and/or key account management Funded technical background in Application Engineering (AE) Very good product knowledge in the fields of gas springs, dampers, dorstop and powerise as well as well as well-founded knowledge in project management and application development Very good SAP & STAP3P knowledge German and English skills Own-responsible and structured operation combined with safe occurrence and pronounced enforcement capability Embossed team skills, intercultural competence and very good communication skills Ready for business trips
