Your tasks: General responsibility for private banking with professional, strategic and earnings-oriented leadership of the teams Further development and implementation of the sector strategy in line with the overall strategy of the Bank and the management of earnings, costs and quality objectives Planning and implementation of growth strategies in private banking (new customer acquisition, customer retention, business expansion) and close cooperation with our other business areas Participation in the banking-wide strategy development, in particular in the areas of asset management, succession planning and exclusive support of high-capacity customers Presentation of our bank in public, network events and external partners

This distinguishes you: Long-term professional experience in private banking or asset management as well as multi-year leadership experience, preferably in the private banking environment Funded banking expertise including regulatory requirements Experience in strategic planning, earnings responsibility and management of business units as well as a relevant qualification (e.g. banker, bank business operator, graduate farmer or comparable) Strategic and entrepreneurial thinking, strong sense of responsibility, strong leadership and decision-making Secure, convincing appearance in customer contact, high performance and result orientation as well as role model function in leadership trading Analytical and conceptual thinking, integrity, reliability, as well as a team-oriented, appreciation and open minded personality
