Support and further development of our business systems, in particular SAP and Salesforce Salesforce administration in close cooperation with the departments Working in the further development of our business system landscape based on future requirements Management and cooperation in smaller IT projects in the field of used business systems and interfaces (e.g. SAP, Salesforce, Microsoft Office) Ensuring the smooth operation of business systems and automated data processing Analysis of business processes and translation in IT requirements Cooperation with the OTC department and colleagues in their own “Systems & Processes” department

Graduate degree with the focus on Business Informatics (O.A.) or training as a specialist (m/w/d) with profound knowledge in SAP and Salesforce Funded knowledge of Salesforce administration Very good knowledge of SAP Experience in IT projects Safe handling of Microsoft Office applications German and English language skills in word and writing Teamability, communication strength and a structured working method Deep understanding of business processes and the ability to translate them into IT requirements
