As a business management, you take over a key role in the Landesgeschäftsstelle des Johanniter-Unfall-Hilfe e.V. Landesverband Sachsen-Anhalt/Thüringen. You actively contribute to the strategic development of our medical services, driving services and broad-based training, working closely with the state executive and our regional associations. Direct line of report to the national board as well as professional and disciplinary leadership of employees Strategic, technical and business policy consultancy and support of regional associations in the areas of rescue services, civil protection, driving services and latitude training Implementation of national cost negotiations and support for regional associations in negotiations Technical support for tenders and award procedures, including contract and documentation examination Advising regional associations on service planning, downtime concepts and working time regulations Active cooperation in committees and committees as well as the acquisition of specialist consultancy Responsibility for the compliance and further development of quality management standards together with quality management and regional executives Organisation and implementation of certifications, certifications and internal and external audits Management and coordination of staff work in the event of crisis and deployment Analysis of training needs and control of appropriate training opportunities in the business sector
