Technical Property Manager - Commercial Real Estate (m/w/d)

With a lot of commitment and initiative, you can manage our Germany-wide, centrally located commercial properties manually with the commercial property management. They assume the technical responsibility for a handful of high-quality commercial properties. You work closely with asset management to ensure that the property is managed sustainably (ESG) and to the satisfaction of the owner and tenant. Again and again you are on site and walk your objects: They take out major technical measures and evaluate the building and building materials on their condition, cost-effectiveness and compliance with all requirements. They advise the commercial property management and our asset management, but also the service providers in all technical matters. The control and control of the facility management as well as service providers – including the testing of all timely maintenance and expert checks or other administrative checks – is in your hands. They control maintenance measures or rent-car buildings from the planning and creation of the service directories, through the tendering process, to the selection and control of service providers, as well as auditing the invoices. They negotiate architectural and service contracts, always have warranty periods in view and assert any claims in time. Their technical know-how is required in the preparation of technical budgets and maintenance planning and their implementation. They also advise on purchases or sales regarding the integration of the real estate into our portfolio (document care).

You have collected knowledge in the fields of plant engineering and construction through your technical and property-related studies (FH or Bachelor) and your professional experience in a comparable activity. Alternatively, you have completed a completed training as a state-tested technician, e.g. state-tested civil engineering technician, or master (m/w/d) of the field of civil engineering, utility and electrical engineering and long-term comparable professional experience. An additional property-specific qualification can be helpful in some questions, as well as existing professional experience in technical property management and the maintenance of building-technical construction measures. Real estate relations are well known to you. With respect to customers and employees, you can safely and respectfully meet and complete discussions with negotiation skills. You will process measures or tasks in parallel and can apply your skills from good planning and organization. We are currently working with common Microsoft products, as well as SAP and ORCA. Knowledge is of advantage. If you have the driving licence class B or 3, you can also drive some objects with your own car or a pool vehicle.
