Tasks

• Implementation of a fresh, modern and high-quality regional and international cuisine
• Food and menu planning
• Frontcooking in the output area
• Occasional use on the food truck and special events on the shipyard grounds
• Ordering goods via WaWi
• Order acceptance
• Implementation of monthly and annual inventory
• compliance with safety and hygiene regulations

Profile

• Senior Consultant (m/w/d)
• Experience in the business economy required
• Independent and independent work
• Class B/BE licence required
• PC knowledge
• Ready-to-use, team capability and high load capacity desired
