Define and roll out within the TÜV SÜD group data governance standards and frameworks Identify potential data governance risks, perform data governance assessments and support implementation scalable data organization Collaborate with business units to implement governance practices locally Implement GDPR and other regulatory compliance across data processes Enable metadata management, data cataloging, and data ownership models Educate on data governance data management best practices

Minimum 7 years experience in a data related role, at least 5 years within Data Governance or Data Management. Holds a degree in Data Science, Business Analytics, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related disciplines Deep knowledge of data governance frameworks and data quality standards and familiarity with regulatory requirements Experience with cloud data platforms and data management tools (e.g., Microsoft Fabric, Databricks, Snowflake, AWS, GCP) Strong stakeholder engagement, communication and change management skills and ability to balance compliance needs with business agility German min. C1 level, English fluency
