occupancy management and coordination of internal and external tasks Close cooperation with the election performance management/entrance management/social service/ patient intake Initiating process optimization as well as developing and implementing measures to optimize utilization Independent reaction to capacity bottlenecks or free capacities Close cooperation with all departments and professional groups involved in the treatment process

You have completed vocational training in health care and nursing or as a medical specialist (m/w/d) You have many years of experience in a nursing profession and clinical care structures You like to work in the team and communicate clearly and convincingly You have a high level of organisational skills, treat patient-oriented and react flexibly to new situations The willingness to co-operative and result-oriented cooperation with other professional groups is of course for you You are safe in handling EDV
