Our HR Governance & Tools department designs and controls central HR processes and systems in our company. With an eight-member team, we cover a wide range of topics - from work law to personnel controlling and the management of HR systems to Compensation & Benefits. A special focus is on our SAP HCM HR system, which we continuously develop and optimize. For this we are looking for a working student (m/w/d) who wants to support the further development of the system and at the same time has an interest and understanding of the topics and processes in the HR environment. Contact person:in for our HR system: As the first point of contact, you support our employees in questions about our HR system. As part of the first-level support, you answer in-depth queries by e-mail, help in finding the solution and with your service-oriented way for a positive user experience. Data Analysis & Reporting: You support our team in creating and evaluating reports, especially in the field of time management. Keep an overview of relevant key figures, remind employees of missing time records and work with Excel evaluations to ensure data quality. Participation in the further development of our HR systems: We continuously develop our SAP HCM system. You accompany the introduction of new applications, updates and patches, supported in test executions and contribute to the successful integration of new functions into everyday work. Documentation & Process Management: You help to make our HR processes transparent and comprehensible. For this purpose, you will create and update documentation, process descriptions and training documents in various tools such as e.g. Confluence, Jira or PowerPoint. Organisation & implementation of information events: You support the planning, organization and execution of our monthly digital “information events. You are registered as a full-time student (m/w/d) at a domestic university or university of applied sciences and can support us with up to 20 hours per week as part of a student work. You are enjoying dealing with digital applications and bringing good knowledge in MS Office programs, especially in Excel. Ideally, you have already collected first contact points with functions such as S-Verweis or comparable evaluation options. First practical experience in the personnel sector is advantageous. Knowledge in SAP HCM is helpful, but not a prerequisite – your interest in HR processes is more important to us and the willingness to incorporate you into new topics.
