Commercial project support: Support for commercial development and management of projects Supply & order management: creation and calculation of offers as well as processing of inquiries, orders, order confirmations and retrievals Invoicing & Payment Processes: Processing of invoices, deduction payments and management of dunning Subsequent & complaint management: Processing of supplements, complaints and warranty issues Project controlling & Administration: Processing of commercial data for forecasting, support in budget planning and implementation, master data management and general project-related correspondence

Professional qualification: training as an industrial businessman / office businessman or comparable commercial training or an economic study (e.g. BWL / economics / economic engineering) Project & Industry Experience: First experience in commercial project execution, ideally in the construction or technical environment Knowledge in order and invoice processes: Safe handling of supply, order and invoice processes as well as follow-up and complaint management IT- & System competency: Secure handling of MS Office
