Production Manager - PE / Molded Parts / ERP (m/f/d)

You guide the production areas PE and mold foaming You plan, control and monitor the production processes and continuously improve them You are responsible for personnel planning and coordination of employees You collect, evaluate, analyze and present the production key figures using the ERP system You initiate and accompany continuous improvement processes You ensure compliance with quality and safety standards

You have completed industrial and technical training You have a completed training on the industrial master (m/w/d) or technician:in (DQR 6) You have several years of relevant professional and leadership experience in a comparable position You work independently and have communication and enforcement strength You identify with the company's goals and speak German at least on C2 level
