Maintenance and development of customer relationships in the region, ensuring high service quality, customer retention and solution-oriented processing of customer requests and problems. Controlling the regional distribution of Jockel products and services – from preventive fire protection to technical services. Ensure efficient processes in service, administration and sales through clear structures, optimized processes and meaningful personnel deployment planning. Active cooperation and networking with Jockel Group companies to serve complex customer projects holisticly. Implementation and compliance with legal and internal requirements, in particular in the field of work, fire and environmental protection, as well as the promotion of a lived safety and health culture.

You bring what counts and learn the rest with us. Complete studies with a technical or business focus or a comparable qualification, e.g. technical training with corresponding training. Multiannual experience in a leadership function, ideally in a technical service company or in the environment of craft/service. Organizational strength, analytical thinking and a targeted working method. Pragmatism: You can easily, understandably and practicefully convey complex information and processes. Impressed collaborative capacity and joy in cooperation in interdisciplinary teams. Leadership with proven successes in the leadership and motivation of teams. Business understanding: experience in the planning and control of budgets and ideally responsibility for a profit and loss account. Experience in Change Management: You have actively accompanied or guided change processes and take employees along this path. Communication strength, safe appearance and a clear understanding of service in handling customers, employees and interfaces.
