You analyze store processes and performance indicators and identify specific optimization potentials, e.g. in the flow of goods, at the cash register or in the use of personnel You take action to increase sales, goods availability and productivity and bring them into implementation together with the branches Introduction and further development of tools and working methods for increasing efficiency in the daily store You drive digitalization and automation in a targeted way where You simplify processes and relieve employees in everyday life You recognize functioning solutions in individual branches and make sure You are scaled as best practices Preparation and moderation of workshops and trainings to convey new processes in a comprehensible way and anchor them sustainably You accompany rollouts of new concepts or systems, are regularly in local branches and make sure that measures are also really taking action

Completed studies in the field of business management, retail management or a comparable qualification with relevant practical experience in retail You bring several years of experience in an analytical or operational control function and know the processes in the branch business from practice Knowledge of KPI analysis, reporting and performance control in the retail environment You work data-based, recognize relationships quickly and can prepare results clearly and understandably Structured, independent mode of operation and high level of implementation and hands-on mentality You communicate safely with different target groups – from branch to management – and are ready to be on site regularly throughout Europe
