Travel and event organisation: Administrative settlement (bookings, billing) of missions and organisation of conferences and appointments External wage accounting interface: preparation and coordination of the payroll accounting interface, and timely provision of relevant information and documents Personnel administration: Personal data management, implementation of on-boarding processes and administrative supervision of compliance with operational agreements Working time and training management: maintenance of company-wide personnel work time recording using software, coordination of training Logistics processing: management of the postal book, organisation of postal and parcel delivery and interface for the production of export accompanying documents (ABD) in cooperation with external service providers Team assistance tasks

Graduate in Administration or Bachelor in Business Administration Preferred multi-annual professional experience in the administration area / expertise / administration Teamability, structured, independent and targeted Embossed Microsoft Office 365 knowledge Very good knowledge of German and good English in word and writing Hands-on mentality, reliability and a pronounced internal service idea
