IT Enterprise Architect - Schwerpunkt Domain Architectures (m/f/d)

You design and manage IT architectures for defined business domains along the business strategy, the domain model and the IT strategy. You are responsible for domain architecture, translate technical target images into sustainable IT target architecture and provide orientation for architectural decisions within the domain. You analyze business processes, skills, applications, data, interfaces and technologies within a domain and derive action needs, target images and roadmaps. You harmonize IT landscapes within and between domains, reduce redundancy and promote reuse, standardization and clear architectural decisions. You evaluate technical and technical requirements for architectural compliance, target architecture, re-use potential, integration ability, data flows and strategic fit. You develop domain-specific architecture principles, guide planks, reference architectures and decision bases in line with the overarching enterprise architecture. As an architect, you accompany transformation and digitization initiatives in the domains and implement architecture principles, standards and governance requirements at an early stage. You work closely with enterprise architects, solution architects, departments, IT teams, project management, governance bodies and external partners. You will participate in overarching enterprise architecture tasks, such as architecture standards, technology decisions, roadmaps, architecture governance and the further development of the EAM approach.

You have a completed study of (economic) informatics, economics or a comparable qualification. You bring multi-year experience in enterprise architecture management, domain architect, business architect, solution architect, or in a comparable strategic IT role. You understand business models, business processes and business capabilities and can translate them into resilient IT architectures for business domains. You can safely move to the Business, Application, Data and Technology Architecture levels and can present and evaluate their dependencies on the domain. You have experience in the analysis and design of complex application landscapes, data flows, interfaces, integration patterns and platform architectures. You have a good understanding of modern architecture concepts, cloud architectures, API management, integration platforms, data architectures and IT operating models. You are able to advise domain managers and other stakeholders professionally, to prepare architectural decisions comprehensible and to moderate different interests. Ideally, you have relevant experience in technical domains of (contract) logistics You work structured, analytically and solution-oriented and combine strategic thinking with pragmatic implementation. You have fluent knowledge of German and very good knowledge of English in word and writing.
