Project Manager Building Construction (m/w/d) - demanding large-scale projects on the client's side

Our client is responsible for the planning and implementation of new buildings and renovations. These include modern administrative and educational buildings as well as large-volume construction projects that convince with innovative architecture.

In the role of the project manager (m/w/d), you take over the central control of the construction projects on the client side. You accompany the projects from early planning to completion, keep an eye on costs, dates and quality and bring together architects, engineers, specialist planners and construction companies effectively. Through your coordinating work, you ensure that complex construction projects are implemented smoothly and that the goals are achieved.

Complete studies in civil engineering, architecture or industrial engineering with a focus on civil engineering Multiannual professional experience in the management of large building projects Knowledge of common regulations (HOAI, VOB etc.) Enforced, safe occurrence and pronounced communicative skills Structured working, economic thinking and joy in demanding projects
