You have a successfully completed three-year commercial training, for example as an industrial merchant, businessman for office management or a comparable qualification You could ideally gain professional experience in customer service, sales service or customer service as a specialist You communicate safely in German and have good English skills in word and writing You convince by a structured and service-oriented way of working and keep an overview even in a varied working day
