Mainly ensuring the availability and functionality of building technology

Function testing of various building technology and facilities

Participation in the planning and implementation of maintenance measures

Deployment and coordination of foreign companies and control of external service providers

Participation in the monitoring and compliance of legal requirements and internal standards and guidelines

Implementation of certain repair work taking into account contractual arrangements Documentation of repair orders and damages to facilities at the site Work on the administrative level, e.g. reporting

Training in the technical field or with relevant professional experience in facility management

Technical understanding with hands-on mentality

Good knowledge in German and with MS Office applications

Previous knowledge in the field of fire protection management is desirable (further training options available)
