Operational control of layers under cost and quality aspects Management of employees taking into account economic, qualitative and safety-relevant objectives Professional and disciplinary leadership of employees and enforce order and cleanliness in the warehouse Implementation of the predetermined process sequences within the layer with respect to legal requirements Operational control of the layer in terms of efficiency and compliance with and control of quality requirements Regular coordination with the Warehouse (Operations) Manager and team coordinators personnel deployment and resource deployment planning within the layer, visibility through presence in the warehouse Identification of potentials and derivation of targeted measures
