Respond to the introduction of uniform standards for our documentation and support the product teams by selecting and implementing suitable tools to ensure efficient and consistent work processes. THE ASSESSMENTS - This will make you do something You standardise the development and implementation of uniform guidelines as well as processes for the creation, maintenance and management of product documentation. You select suitable software solutions (e.g. editorial systems, content management systems) and introduce them to efficiently create and manage documentation. You train employees in the new tools and processes and provide continuous support in the application. You work closely with the product teams to capture and implement their specific requirements for documentation. You ensure the quality and up-to-date of all documentation.

You have completed their studies in the field of technical editors, communication, computer science or comparable training as well as relevant professional experience. You bring several years of experience in the creation and further development of technical documentation and have the pleasure of making complex content clear and comprehensible. You are safe in handling common office applications and have ideally already worked with editorial systems or modern documentation tools. A structured, self-responsible way of working as well as a pronounced organizational ensemble. You are strong in communication and are happy to work in interdisciplinary teams.
