Our mission: In the long term, we secure the rights of use of our energy parks, keep time limits and contract term in sight, ensure liquidity and reliably represent Alterric to banks and partners:inside.

In this responsible role you work in a competent team with high professional depth and clear processes: Co-responsibility for the management of around 15,000 usage and lease contracts throughout Germany

Examination of new usage and lease contracts for completeness, accuracy and plausibility

Self-fulfilment of contract extensions in the portfolio

Monitoring of contract terms, deadlines and collateral

Central contact person for all requests for use and lease contracts within the organisation

Examination of Basic Account Matters, e.g. Property, Ranking and Security

Management and management of own land and property

You bring structure, sense of responsibility and legal understanding with: Completed study with economic focus or comparable commercial training (e.g. banker/wife, real estate businessman/wife)

Ideally, legal knowledge, in particular in contractual and/or basic book law

Remarkable: Experience in the environment of renewable energies

Structured, careful and organized work

Teamability and a sovereign occurrence in exchange with internal interfaces

Good IT confession

Very good knowledge of German in word and writing
