You support financial and accounting in the day-to-day operating business and introduce your expertise where it is needed. You examine and judge complex accounting issues and ensure the high quality of our financial processes. You are a professional contact for the team and develop practical solutions for demanding questions. You recognize optimization potentials and actively shape the further development of processes and structures. You co-ordinate interdisciplinary topics and ensure a smooth flow of information between the interfaces. You support monthly, quarterly and annual accounts according to HGB as well as management and group reporting according to Swiss GAAP FER. You participate in the further development of intra-group performance calculations and group-wide financial standards.

You have a completed training as a balance sheet holder, farmer, tax specialist or a comparable qualification Through your multiannual experience in financial and accounting, preferably in the industrial environment, you bring well-founded HGB knowledge and a deep understanding of accounting relationships. The English and German language is certainly dominated by word and writing. You bring good SAP knowledge and secure handling with Excel. Your work is characterised by structure, self-responsibility and implementation strength (hands-on mentality).
