You advise and support the Executive Board as well as the Human Resources Department on all questions of individual and collective labour law as well as organisational change processes You are actively involved in exciting group-wide projects with human resources and M&A projects You form and negotiate business agreements and coordinate cooperation between different departments You shape different contract templates You represent the company before the courts You also carry out work-related training

You have successfully passed the second State Exam and are admitted as a lawyer/ attorney or a lawyer You bring comprehensive professional experience in labour law, ideally from a law firm or an in-house position You bring business constitutional skills and experience in work with employee representatives with You are looking for close cooperation and exchange with a great team of lawyers and other internal services You enjoy creative design and new topics in a dynamic environment You work independently, structured and solution-oriented, show your own initiative and flexibility You like to negotiate and you can balance different interests
