Your tasks:

• Own-sponsored control of projects in the commissioning phase
• Monitoring of the project status including target/actual balance with the commissioning plan
• Analysis and reporting of project progress to project management and supervisors
• Professional and organizational contact person for all involved areas during commissioning
• coordination of the departments involved and derivation of necessary measures in coordination with the management level
• Contact person*in for project participants in technical questions
• Cooperation in the field of project management with focus on commissioning

Your profile:

• Complete training as a technician*in (engineering, mechatronics, automation) or a comparable technical study
• At least 5 years of professional experience in special machine construction, ideally in the pharmaceutical industry
• Secure handling of MS Office 365, especially Excel
• Knowledge of MS Project desirable
• Communication strength and strong team and network capability
• Very good knowledge of German and English, other foreign languages of advantage
• Hands-on mentality as well as independent and solution-oriented working methods
