In the area of D2C (Direct-to-Consumer), we are looking for a marketing manager D2C (m/w/d) for our strong country house kitchen, plate happiness and the area of food on wheels. Do you understand the marketing mix like no other, can you think deeply into your target group – highly-adapted people and relatives – and are you implementing strong online and offline campaigns in the right channels? Then you're right with us! In our team you combine strategy with creativity. With your expertise in cross-media brand communication and brand building along the customer journey, you will see the interface to other specialist departments. The following tasks apply to you: You are wholly responsible for our target group-specific marketing campaigns – from planning and implementation to evaluation. In addition, you implement communication projects in cooperation with other departments from the business unit or external partners. You act as project manager for various marketing measures and are responsible for the marketing budget in parts. As part of the media and campaign planning, you are responsible for the data-based implementation of the marketing mix, controlling measures such as newsletters, offline campaigns, social media and paid ads and regularly review their performance. You carry out market research (e.g. competitive analyses, customer surveys) or monitoring to identify trends, competitions and target audience requirements and evaluate them. You tax external agencies and freelancer incl. Briefing, offer and audit.
