Coordination, monitoring and control of planning projects in the area of lift operation management for the modernization and new construction of elevator installations Web-based, app-supported inventory of existing elevators at local customers Creation of planning documents (pre- and design and execution planning) under consideration of technical and economic possibilities and their presentation Creation of performance directories, collection of offers and their evaluation Support of customers in procurement negotiations carrying out technical decreases of the plants when the projects are completed, independent production of state analyses and concepts for adaptation to the state of the art, including risk assessments Organisation of appointments on site, execution of visits and creation of commissioned state assessments/maintenance checks

Successfully completed technical training (Bachelor, Engineerin, Techniciansin, Master*in) Interest in technical planning and digitization topics (Planning 2.0) of elevator systems and conveyor technology First experience in dealing with standards, guidelines and the resulting requirements desirable Organizational talent as well as contact-friendly and safe occurrence paired with predictive and independent work Class B driving licence Very good German knowledge in word and writing (English knowledge desirable)
