Information Security Manager / ISMS Manager (f-m-d)

Operation and continuous development of the Information Security Management System (ISMS) including risk management Develop and develop practical security concepts Planning, implementation and taxes of management reviews and ISMS audits in the KRITIS environment Ensure compliance with safety requirements and their effective implementation Advising projects and departments on information and IT security issues Analysis of regulatory and legal requirements (e.g. BSI law, ISO 27001) and deriving concrete measures Implementation of information and awareness-raising measures and regular reporting to CISO and specialist field management Analysis and coordination of IT security incidents and communication with relevant bodies Close cooperation with IT security officers and other internal and external stakeholders

Completed degree (Diplom/Master) in BWL, Computer Science or a comparable degree course Multiannual experience in IT environment Knowledge of regulatory requirements and standards of information security, in particular BSI and ISO 27001 Experience in handling KRITIS requirements, audits, project management and derivation as well as follow-up of measures Embossed communicative skills, safe occurrence and experience in advising management and departments on information security Structured, independent operation and pronounced problem-solving competence
