Become a significant part of our sales teams and take your next step as Recruiter (m/w/d) at the Karlsruhe, Mainz, Mannheim, Munich and Stuttgart site in an indefinite ceremony. You work closely with our sales colleagues in the search for qualified candidates for our customer companies With candidates you conduct both personal, digital and telephone interviews You build new, long-term relationships with candidates and deepen existing through regular follow-up You win new candidates through Active Sourcing activities in professional networks You're working on the applicant's entrance and begging our comprehensive candidate network For our customer companies, you create individual candidate profiles and switch attractive job advertisements You work with the Federal Employment Agency and various training providers

You have a successfully completed training for the personnel service businessman, a comparable completed commercial training with at least 2 years of professional experience or a completed study (ideally in the field of economics) With communication strength, humor, enthusiasm and fun you can win people for you You bring knowledge of German and ideally good English skills with
